Apparently, Britain's domestic-goddess-with-the-slightly-tarnished-reputation has arisen like a phoenix from the ashes with a new cookbook entitled "At My Table: A Celebration of Home Cooking". Sounds right up my alley. Nigella has a recipe for roasted sausages with quartered red onions and Gala apples. According to a NYT food editor, we don't have to wait for the release date of the cookbook. Simply toss the best sausages you can find with olive oil, the apples and onions, some mustard seeds, dried thyme and a little flaky salt, then roast it all at 400 degrees F for around an hour.
It was very tasty.
