When I was in Chicago last spring staying at the Doubletree Hotel, I was greeted upon arrival by a deliciously large chocolate chip cookie. Upon further investigation, I now know that Hilton hands out 30 million of these a year, and furthermore, these were the first cookies baked on the International Space Station.
